Blankets are always in need and very appreciated.  We will gladly accept any gently used and clean blankets that may be taking up space in your closets. 

Gently used adult clothing is always in need based on the upcoming season.  For example, in the Fall we look for Winter clothing and in the Spring its all about Summer wear.  

All money raised goes directly to the purchase of hygiene supplies, sleeping bags, blankets and food to make meals for those living on the streets.    Donations can be made on the site or via e-transfer to donations@hthfoundation.ca.   

One of the hopes I have with HTH is to inspire others to get actively involved in a cause that touches them.

Time is one of the best gifts that you can give!  

Regardless of your motives, it just feels great to help.   Charity blesses those who give as well as those who receive. 

Food insecurity is becoming a crisis throughout Canada.  1 in 5 children go to school hungry because of poverty.  The HTH Foundation calls on all levels of government to push for liveable wages for all Canadians.  

We can donate to food banks and should.  They need our help and can be PART of the solutions but not THE solution.   The root cause of Food Insecurity is poverty and the risk of poverty.
